64K is great for SMA- most SMA offers that I'm aware of are 53-56K...

nope, you arent being lowballed, im a consultant and I make a hell of a lot less than that. in the last staff meeting staff asked the MD to discuss the "ranges" for each level so we would know if we were being fairly paid, and he said that he couldnt, that there really werent any ranges, and it depended on what engagements you worked on. is that bs?
