...to keep all of us who know that people coming fresh out of school are making $50-55K (DC area), while current MAs and SMAs are still in the Mid-40s and low 50s(~53)..
If you've been here 2+ years and are making less than someone who graduated in May, why would you stay!?! |

That's my concern. I've got 2 years experience, consistent EE's on reviews and have been staffed SOLELY on projects not chargeable to my MD (which could be part of the problem, but also implies an impartiality with respet to engagement reviews)...and it sounds like realistically I'm going to be bumped into the low-mid 50's???
While there's kids coming fresh out of college, with no experience and similar degrees making more...
What was that Harry was saying about Retention??!?
