I tried searching for my raise email from last year, but couldnt find it...
I recall it being effective March 1st... being notified around that time, and it not showing up paycheck wise until March 15th (retro to 1st..)..
Is that right>?

If no promotion, should one expect any bonus or raise this year, even as little as 3%?
