64K is great for SMA- most SMA offers that I'm aware of are 53-56K...

I'm in PS- which could be why I'm a bit high for a SMA? My background... 3+ years HCM industry work (not traditional consulting). Joined BE 6 months ago with a career-relevant MA degree. I thought I was on the high end of the SMA band, which is why I think I might be low-balled on the raise with the promo.
