From my MD: "Expect around 10% and be aware that execs are considering retroactive salary adjustments (back pay through January 1st) but there is no decision on that yet.
My thoughts: I'm excited about the promotion and the potential pay raise but am a bit dismayed by the #s.
What's your current salary rate and your history? You want to exchange info off of vault?

MyNadidad-- agreed, 10% is lower than I would hope to hear. My info= came in as SMA 6 months ago at 64K. Comparable?
