Hi guys I have been offered a entry level position as a Management Analyst (MA) in the NY office at 55k and they told me that they do not give siging bonuses out. As i know this is almost a good avg salary. Do you think i should negotiate more? and if so how much? and how much does bearingpoint increase salary yearly 3% or 20%? i Have heard mixed rumors. This is for their fin serv division under CIM. Also do you get payed overtime or no?

I came in at 55k for the NYC office. I think it's a fairly competitive offer that they make initially. Utimately the better you perform on your evaluations each year will enable you to move up from MA so SMA or Consultant. BearingPoint rarely gives bonuses so you'd basically seeing a pay raise with each position you move up to.
