I'm curious if anyone has an opinion on what the % increase will be for those who ARE getting promoted and what those %'s have been in the past? |

...to keep all of us who know that people coming fresh out of school are making $50-55K (DC area), while current MAs and SMAs are still in the Mid-40s and low 50s(~53)..
If you've been here 2+ years and are making less than someone who graduated in May, why would you stay!?!
