BE is NOT flat at all. I don't know who told you that, but I used to work there and it is not true at all. It's very hierarchal (sp?). You go into a group and mostly work within that sector. I work for a different firm now that's very flat. We don't have that. You work on whatever your skills are right for. Not a specific industry/sector etc. |

Does Deloitte do a good job at alligning skills with work?
Would you rather now be working at BE?
