I suppose that my use of flat was incorrect and for that I apologize. However, the disscussion is entering into an interesting direction, so I shall continue.
What I wanted to say that my impression was that as an MA, the responsiblities is can be varied with a lot of upside in terms of responsbilite, if you are willing to work hard to get to the next level.
As for the organizational structure, it doesnt really matter so much to me. I'm sure like any good company, those that are good at what they do will be recognized in some shape or form (I am qualifing this statement because I dont want to get into a disscussion about salary raises because there is really one option-jump companies if that matters a lot to you). What matters to me is accessiblity to higher-ups for mentoring purposes. Is the culture at BE good for mentoring or would that be difficult as everyone is so busy?
I would appreciate if someone could give me a day in the life of working in FinSev for BE? That would be awesome. Also any other pointers? Thanks to all who replied, you all made me feel like this may actually happen!
