In Reply To: Hi guys I have been offered a entry level position as a Management Analyst (MA) in the NY office at 55k and they told me that they do not give siging bonuses out. As i know this is almost a good avg salary. Do you think i should negotiate more? and if so how much? and how much does bearingpoint increase salary yearly 3% or 20%? i Have heard mixed rumors. This is for their fin serv division under CIM. Also do you get payed overtime or no?
Message: Don't expect a signing bonus for MA. You would be a salaried exempt employee - no OT. Salary increase: before accepting offer ask to speak to 3-4 of your potential NY colleagues and ask them what their salary increases have been for the past few years.
