It is true that Harry You has acted too slowly to clean up the mess in the European Practice. Tomorrow whatever is left of the inept Management structure in Germany will attempt to fool the employees again about the sacking of Ansink and hopefully the people he has placed in critical Financial positions in the European practice will be placed under intense scrutiny so as to discover the scale of theft that he presided over before Harry You came on board and still under Harry You.
The scale of the financial irregularities must be rigorously investigated by the relevant authorities and his departure can only allow for such thorough review to take place.
We cannot wait for the conference call tomorrow - must be very interesting to listen to failed Management blame everything on Americans but themselves
