I want to know what is going on with BE that does not pay employees overtime, however the employees have to report it and BE gets paid by the client.
We get encouraged to report it because at the end of the year this overtime gets noticed and this is used for promotions and good performance evaluations.
Anybody out there that got something out of reporting overtime to BE? Should I only report 8 hours and screw BE? That is exactly what I feel like doing.
I got my bonus about $170.00's worth. I don't know what to do with all this money. |

What is your position? I thought by working at a consulting firm, you already did your research and realize that consultants are expected to work overtime. I don't really know how many consultants get paid over-time. I am still in undergrad and know this... This puts me into a question why BE wants to hire me.
