I'm considering an offer from IBM and another Big3 to move from a secure FS Ops/IT PMO senior level position - just nowhere currently to move up. An acquaintance who had worked for KPMG at one time suggested that there are lots of career upside potential at BP given all the changes going on there with new CEO. Can anyone tell me from compensation perspective (base/bonus/sign-on) do they believe the offer at BP could be as good as or better than IBM etc. AND do they agree with this long term prognosis for ??upside?? at Snr Mgr level? What are the changes / challanges going on ?? typical restructuring stuff - and how they affect this level? |
