1. Was anyone involved in an international assignment between 1/1/2003 and 12/31/2003, or knows someone who was?
2. If you answered yes to number 1, did anyone notice any international tax irregularities and/or international assignment accounting process shortcomings?
3. Did anyone get any personal income statement ??amendments?? from KPMG LLP and/or BE that did not match and were they brought to your attention by BearingPoint between 10/2004 and 12/31/2004?
4. Does any know why an ??Int??l Gross Up?? happens in any years post int??l work?
5. Has anyone had any irregularities related to the BearingPoint??s internal finance controls that resulted in BearingPoint claiming you owe them money that you do not?
6. If you answered yes to number 5, did you investigate or did you just write a check?
