Well I heard that my friends sister in law plays golf with one of Harry's friend son. The son overheard Harry saying that he is going to action of BE on Ebay and run to Asia afterwards where he will spend all his earnings on extending the Great Wall.

Does anyone honestly believe that Harry doesn't have friends and talk to them? He admitted on an MD call that a good friend of his had shorted our stock the day before we filed our culimination 8K that drove our stock even deeper into the toilet. Was his friend just that good a guesser? Everyone has friends, everyone talks to those friends and things get shared. The Exec Com knew last month that Rand was going to SAP. You don't think there are people on the Exec Com or connected to the Exec Com that know about a pendng sale. We haven't reported earnings in over a year and Harry told the MDs in the fall what the 04 loss would be and stated a similiar number loss in 05. You don't think if he told the MDs that it was already out to his analyst community. Why is our stock moving? We won't be filing 06 numbers on time and they already know the magnitude of 04 and 05. High volume and a rise in price means something and it isn't the market's love affair with Harry's view on internal controls or his selective application of them.
