Stock is being driven because the financial community knows something. We had a PS SVP commit to us in a public forum that we would file by Jan 3 or we could call him the biggest liar in the world. Clearly he is out of the loop and Harry is keeping all of this very close to the vest. I heard the SEC PMO has been disbanded and the staff all realigned. |

I'll concede that I think it is a very realistic possibility that we may be sold, and soon. But, basic financial principles dictate that stock prices absorb the aggregate knowledge of the market.
All indications from the top of the house are contrary to a firesale. This leads me to believe numbers are coming rather than armageddon.
