But I don't think it's earnings. They already filed an 8-K saying earnings will be out in March. |

Look. You under promise and over deliver to give the stock a boost. The March date is bait and the market is just reacting by building the pending filing into the price.
Once the street has numbers, good or bad, they will feel more confident in our ability to police ourselves. Whether or not that is the case remains to be seen.
