See, I left a competitor after 13 years to come here, which was a great decision. Many others have made the same jump, and have validated my points.
You made a great one to leave, I made a great one to come here, is either of us wrong?
Bottom line, people leave every company, and it is risky (lose an old network, LIFO downsizing, etc.).
I left a company that's financials are stellar compared to this one, but morale was just as bad, if not worse...
So, I'm walking on some nice green grass and daisies too, the financials don't affect me. |
