Great work, good pay, good people.
If the company makes it, great opportunities for advancement and $$.
With every risk there is reward. What's the risk of staying? The risk of leaving is higher, and I doubt I'll get paid enough to compensate for that risk. |

With every risk there is reward. Exactly! At present you are paid enough to compensate the risk of staying. If the company makes it, do not expect to be rewarded ?? if it does not, well this is your life...
