The rumor of the announcement is true, but has been delayed due to a continuing DOJ / SEC investigation. As I wrote earlier, PWC is looking at this situation as strictly a money opportunity. Of course, the DOJ is still involved in the investigation and if you haven??t gotten your subpoena ?? you will. I hope you have been archiving your email because BE still does not have an email retention schedule defined. Good luck ?? time to monster.com.
