I'm considering an offer from Bearing Point and I'm looking for pros and cons. I'm with a very large consulting company right now, but I'm not a full employee with all benefits. Bearing Point is offering a substantial raise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, this company is in trouble. The last bids I have been with they were invited for political reasons or not even that. However, PS may be more risk avers, but I would not thrust on that. Since they split from the auditors and rebranded, that company had no vision anymore. They are no system integrators , which was the vision of Rand - this company is managed by excel sheets, since it is easier to fool yourself.
