Several years ago a former employee filed a lawsuit for unlawful dismissal. BE went back through many years of email...even into KPMG archives. BE won the lawsuit due in large part to the email archives. Even before this, I never assumed that BE email was private. In fact, I'm submitting this message posting through my personal computer on my home connection. |
