I have my third round interview for the NY office soon. Even if this company has all this negative press im sure that BE has interesting projects lined up. I need some advice on how to get this job. This is my entry to the work force and I dont want to blow it and have to wait another 3 months to get an interview. there has to be some people here who have some job satisfaction left to spend it to help a person who wants with them. Can anyone share tips or their experiences of the last round of interviews?

Though I am no big fan of BE anymore I will say this to you. The people interviewing you value their time and would not waste it by interviewing you a third time if they did not like you already. Usually the third interview is the "Do I like the person as an individual" type interview. If they did not think you were qualified you would have been let off the hook already. Also, ignore all of our BS. The first job is the hardest to get. Do your year no matter what then start bitching.
