Email sent or recieved over any corporate server in any company is not private to begin with. Anyone using company accounts to send inappropriate material via email should be fired anyway. In a public company with SOX complaince requirements any and all emails are company property and are likely archived for future use. |

Since when is BE SOX compliant? Three years no financials. I think they got bigger problems than employee e-mail. But of course the execs don't think that.
