I've been loyal to this firm for over 10 years and am looking to leave but am amazed at why you think Harry is any different than Rand. Neither had any experience as the CEO of a Public Consulting Company. Harry has been with us for almost a year now and what has he accomplished.
We still haven't filed our 10K. He hired a CAO from PWC that was on the tax side not the audit side. Her hiring was contingent upon hiring her husband to lead corporate development which he did for PWC. He's given six figure "retention" bonuses to accounting & finance staff in Foxboro while we each get $200. OneGlobe is still broken and he won't make the call on replacing it. He has expanded the Executive Team larger than Rand ever did and they all make more than $500k annually. This of course while eliminating code 9s. Bottom line, Harry's words and his actions don't match. He's just trying to keep as many of us in place while he negotiates our sale and walks away rich off of us again. He sold us a bill of goods when we IPO'd and he's doing the same now. Wake up BE. |

Wow, you've made it 10 years. At least the first 5 years were good for you. I only was able to hack 5 years at BE. The only guy that seemed like he gave a shit was Rod McG.
