Appears that you have a strong opinion that BE will be sold ... any further insight on your source of info / rationale for this?
Must admit .. agree that getting audit work done in time will be a stretch .. but Harry's ability to get a good price for BE (and therefore good bonus) will depend on it having cred with both investment analysts and companies who buy our services ..I doubt he'll want to default on his SEC committment in March (and beyond) as this will send the brand (what's left of it) into a nosedive and ultimately ruin the company for good..not good for anybody including potential acquirers ... lets hope BE does not end like that ..it would be better if we filed, residual issues and company health understood, and then takeovers (of BE) considered if it makes sense. This may ultimately be a better answer for all stakeholders.
