Hello board,
I have made it through the first 2 rounds of telephone interviews and now i am on to meet with a managing director in the application process. can anyone give me feed back on their experiances on meeting the MD for the first time. I have read somewhere that this is just a formality and that when you meet the MD just takes a look at you then pretty much hands you the offer. My instincts are is that its much more intense than that. Please if you have done this before i would appreciate any feed back. I dont want to mess up my chance. I am interviewing in New York as an MA.
