I was thinking that since management may be reviewing these posts, perhaps we can use that to our advantage and call attention to employee frustration with the current TimenX system. I know this topic is not as exciting as others posted here but I think we can make our voices heard.
During the recent global employee call someone asked about a web-based TimenX system. The question was brushed aside by a member of senior management who said, ??that??s only a problem in Public Services?? or some such obtuse remark. This appears to be an eminently fixable problem that many employees complain about and I haven??t a clue as to why it goes ignored. Many PS employees cannot enter their time at their client site due to lack of connectivity to the BearingPoint network. Maybe if senior management were forced to enter their TimenX on a daily basis from their personal internet connections instead of a Tyson??s office, the problem would be fixed faster than you can say ??management gap??.
Please take a minute and post your thoughts about the current TimenX system. |
