Believe me I have given this heavy thought. I will do some travel, so the Per Diem w/b extra. I can't calculate how much travel. But as far as for my title I would be making a step up into a Supervisory role and the bump will be 20%. The pay is in line w/others. The overall package is a good one on top of the 401k match and really great health/dental coverage (planning to have family so this is important to me). In addition I know a few ppl there and ppl I know who have friends there too so I know the real scoop on the compnay such as great teams and EMs, diversity, work/life balance, raises, bonuses, perks, etc. But if you ask the same from BE ppl this is not the case. |

Trusting your MD is a complete oxymoron.
Not to mention BE-MD said he wouldn't leave unless there was a major internal problem? I guess whats been going on at BE doesn't count.
