I just had my super day on Thursday and received an offer the following day. My experience was primarily laid back/personality-driven dialogue with almost no technical questions at all. I actually enjoyed most of it. I'm curious as to what you are refering to in the post "real intense"? Perhaps my experience was not typical? |

Hey, thanks for the response. I have spent time on the floor at Merrill and at Bear, for some reason the culture at Bear just seemed much more serious and intense while i was there compared to Merrill. I figured thay may carry over to the interview process. Im glad to hear its not like that. I was wondering if you could tell me ab it more about the interview. Like how many people were there that day and if you attended the dinner afterwards? anything you can think of that might help. I really appreciate it.
