Two close friends who work at BAS got their numbers recently, first guy got a 60k bonus, the other was at 57k bonus. Both IBD guys. The 60k guy is also entertaining an offer to leave for a private equity firm offering him a base salary over 200k with a bonus usually around 1.5 base. Not bad for a guy who is 22 years old.
