I used to work in FSG. Easily the best people I've ever worked with on wall street everywhere I've been. Base for first years last year was 55K, 10K signing, and $45 to $55. Top of the class first year pulled in $120. |

This year should be really good. Dec 05 bonuses for first year associates (dunno about analysts yet since it's 5 months away)got $280-$345 all in compared to rest of the street averaging $250-$300. Goldman paid $200-$285 even with the sick year they've had. BofA treats junior guys really well compared to other firms and depending on the group you go to, exit opps are real good.
