Thanks. So when I craft my resume/cl it should describe a "whole project" perspective rather than applying to a particular practice. I have a strong mix of corp strategy and implementation but really enjoy the OD aspect of the work.

Put your cover letter in a results perspective. Bain is a firm that's all about results, no matter how they're acheived (as long as it's ethical). Delivering results, not reports, is why Bill Bain left BCG and founded the firm in 1973. The upshot is that you should be ready to talk about how you've acheived results in your past positions, whatever the positions were.
The best resumes also quantify your results. Far too many resumes are statements of effort ("I did X, Y, and Z") rather than statements of results ("I acheived U, V, and W").
