First, I'm sure this has generally been covered before so apologies in advance. How is Bain organized to deliver org strategy/design, or change leadership or change management?
Thanks |

Bain doesn't do projects that are just "change leadership" or whatever. Even when an office is slow, Bain is selective about the projects they do (which is possible being a smaller firm), so they'll tend to go after projects like a "full potential", a "turnaround", a "growth strategy", etc. There might be organizational or change issues as a workstream within any Bain project, but you can't deliver the big results that Bain clients expect if the project focuses only on the organizational or change-related piece of the problem. For this reason, there is no practice area dedicated to organizational work or change management. Everyone at Bain becomes well-versed in how to lead change and get it implemented, but it runs throughout a project and is not a separate practice area.
