Hi guys,
I am currently at Deloitte Consulting, in the IT Strategy division. I have been here for a little over a year and would like to join Bain. I would really like to join as an AC, work for two years, and then continue on to get a MBA instead of getting my MBA first, then applying to Bain. Is this good experience to get an AC position or have I missed the boat and need to get a MBA? If I do need to get a MBA, is it common for Bain to hire people with experience at DC IT Strategy or is this a hard move to make?
