I am sure that the phone interviews will be the same as normal aci interviews... just over the phone. so in a way, yes, the case will be read to you. But more than likely the case will not be a long question but a series of short questions like the ones that are posted as sample questions on the bain website. refer to the interactive cases (particularly the fast food chain one) to get an idea on how the cases are structured |

Ditto. Key is to remember that beyond from the normal stuff on case interviews, you have to keep the discussion *very* conversational--interesting voice, no monotone dribbling.
Also, take the bain.com cases with a grain of salt. I did one of them a few years ago and failed miserably.
