After being in industry for 2 yrs after undergrad, I want to get into consulting with Bain. Any tips on getting my resume looked at? What is the best way to get an opportunity for an interview?

stock answer to your common question:
- hard to do, because very little hiring at your experience level
- only worth trying if you have the kind of pedigree that would have given you a shot directly out of undergrad. Your 2 years of work experience did not improve your chances.
- send resume through someone you know if possible, else regular web application
- chances much better to tough it out another year at your current job, apply to top b-school in the meantime. Out of MBA anything is possible (but you need to be able to get in...)
