Hi everyone,
First I am sorry for digging such an old thread (apologies to the non gold members who won't be able to read exactly the previous post). I just had an AC offer and I am reading everything I can find now ;-).
To make it short, it basically says in it that the B-School compensation package that Bain offers to the AC that will come back to Bain post MBA is made of the reimbursement of the tuition fees AND a living stipend (the previous posters don't agree on the actual form of the latter, whether it is a "living stipend" or an extra one-year salary).
One of the poster here didn't agree with that and said that it is just tuition reimbursement, hence my confusion.
Can the ones in the know shed some lights about that?
Thank you very much. |

offer vary slightly depending on office, so easiest for you is to just ask the HR person for clarifications.
There is definitely in many offices a living expenses stipend beyond the tuition reimbursement, plus some other benefits sometimes (e.g. laptop, health insurance etc.)
