4 reasons against me?

Hello everyone!
I would appreciate if you could share your opinion with me. Here is my story in short: I live in Russia but due to family circumstances will move to New York in 6 months. I have a BBA degree with one of the local schools and passion for consulting work. Apart from passion, I certainly have some success stories and satisfied clients from my 5 years consulting experience in one of the Big 4 companies. Apart from money, I am looking for a particular kind of energy that exist in the company and that I could share with others. Though Bain seems to be the hardest company to get in, I feel this is the most comfortable company for me and I will apply there nevertheless. Here are few of my considerations:
1. Does Bain consider applicants from outside of the US (provided they have a work permit)?
2. Does Bain consider applicants from any other schools apart from top schools in the US?
3. English would never be my native language. Does Bain consider applicants who speaks imperfect English?
4. I have divers background ?? 3 years in operations management consulting and 2 years in strategy consulting. What kind of position I can expect, if I can at all?
