It's a good idea to ask about the timeline before you leave the interviews, else you find yourself in this sort of situation. Give them two weeks and then send an email inquiring kindly about the timeline. You don't want to seem anxious or overeager, as this can create a negative impression at exactly the wrong time. If you have another offer that's exploding soon, then mention this right away so that the firm knows what they're up against.
Meanwhile, try to take it easy. You'll soon be in a far more difficult situation: trying to figure out whose offer to take and whom to turn down.
