Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone knew the total number of ACs hired by Bain every year all over NA. Obviously, this is a rough estimate, but I was curious to the range in gauging selectivity of Bain versus Goldman or Morgan Stanley. |

what does gauging selectivity do for you exactly?
as for your question, somewhere round 2-300, depending on year.
selectivity as quoted to me few years ago is bout 0.5% hire vs. resume application ratio. Factor out some offerees who turn us down, and (quite a few) hopeless longshots that should never even have applied and distort the numbers - you'd get a pretty good idea of the real selectivity...
GS and MS may be just as selective, but remember they hire different types...
