I was wondering if anyone had an opinion about the best HR grad programs. I'm currently managing an English language program for a multinational firm in Chile and am looking for a change of career when I return to the states in a year and a half. ESL salaries are horrible. Just from looking at their websites, it seems Cornell, Minnesota and Purdue all have strong programs. Also, what are the pros and cons of doing an MA in HR/IR vs. an MBA? Thanks in advance.
