Hot? As in financially? Not here in Silicon Alley. I swear HR managers are paid way UNDER the industry average. Anyone? |

I would imagine that working for a co. in Silicon Valley has it's "perks" - i.e. stock options that could be pretty lucrative, jeans and t-shirts, working with creative types who are willing to try new things.
