Greetings to all past, present, and future ADP'ers,
I can't believe with a company of our size that there are no messages here. Well I guess someone has to start the ball rolling.
ADP is a great place to work. Large company and plenty of benefits, but the only problem is the rate of pay is just not quite up to par. I would love to continue working for ADP but I just don't know how much longer I can afford to. Anyone else feel this way?

How do you know that the salaries at ADP are high or low? What standard are you guys using - I would love to learn as I am applying for a Director Position there and am interested in learning more about that?
I don't know ADP, but my sense is that it really is important to understand the local office you work for and get a feeling of that particular work environement vis-a-vi other offices? Some are not as good as others?
Any comments on your experiences at ADP?
