Evening everyone...
I have now come to the roleplay/meeting the manager of the territory I would work for, part of the process. I'm curious how the Stamford and Milford territories/offices are. Has anyone worked at either, and do you have any input? I'm also curious about the base and what is realistic to expect. I was told 35k before the interview. I make more than that now and have a little under two years of sale experience. Curious as to what I can expect on the base side. My biggest concerns are the reputation of ADP SBS employees and offices in those areas as well as the overall ability to really earn "expected income." I have read that if you work hard you will reap the benefits monitarily and I just want to make sure that's true. I was told same thing when I interviewed for my current position; come to learn that they give great bonuses for quota's they set too high to meet and effort means nothing.
Any info on DM's in Connecticut would be great. Thanks!
