In my experience working at 4 NY ad agencies, people move around like crazy. If you are good, other good people wil., notice you. If you work as an admin under a great AE or Sup (or higher) and they go to another agency, you should not hesitate to ask them to look out for you at their new agency and you can get "promoted" that way.
And if you had three great internships, why not work those contacts? Don't be shy! Surely, they know people who know people in NY??
If you are going to proving good advice and problem solving to your clients you have to start with yourself! |
