I am moving to Chicago in about a week. I am looking for opportunities in Marketing, Advertising or PR. I recently worked for a high tech Public Relations agency and am looking to stay in a similar field. I am interested in getting into consumer PR. Anybody have any feedback on high tech versus consumer PR or Advertising? Any recommendations in a tight market? |

I am planning on moving from DC to Chicago in Sept. or Oct. I am anxious to move, but know that PR jobs are hard to come by these days. I with an agency now and hoping I can stay with the agency and move to their Chicago office.
Anyone have any thoughts? Also has anyone ever used Paladin or Bloom Gross staffing?
