I recently applied for a Marketing Assistant job. I've worked in television news for 3 years and have decided to start at the bottom and work my way up in Marketing.
Is this a good way to start?
The interviewer kept saying she thought I was overqualified and I'd be bored. I always thought you had to go through the trenches again when you switched careers.
