After reading more than a few postings on this site, I'm getting a little concerned.
Is an interviewer in the advertising industry more concerned about my looks or the way I can improve their business? (I consider myself to be an okay looking person, but I'm don't stop traffic or anything)
What are the most important skills advertising agencies are looking for and how can you convey these skills in an initial interview? Would I be considered too stuffy if I wore a navy blue suit to my interview? Basically, how do these ad interviews differ from, let's say, consulting interviews? Please help. Time is of the essence.
