Any college grad that thinks that what one does "on his/her own personal time" does not effect what one does at work has their head in the sand.
My, my, just think if I don't study...."on my personal time" I won't flunk my advertising class....ya...
Please post the name of the company you get a job with so the rest of us can take our business elsewhere...to one who has employees that can think.....clearly.
